1. Eligibility for Returns

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) receives the item(s) to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice).
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns for:

    • Personal care or hygiene products (for health & safety).

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

    • Gift cards and final sale/clearance items.

2. How to Start a Return

  2. Authorization & Shipping: Once approved, we’ll send instructions on where and how to ship your items. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping.

3. Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest route is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item. Once we accept your return, we’ll process your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. If approved, a refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Times: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us at info@studiotwinswa.com.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your items are damaged or incorrect.

5. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content where applicable.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In line with EU consumer law, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This policy is reflected in our 14-day return window.
