Made to order

Because every Studio Twinswa piece is printed individually for you, we don't accept returns on prints that arrived as ordered. We recommend looking carefully at the size, colour, and design before checkout — and reaching out if you have any questions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  1. Email us at info@studiotwinswa.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  3. We'll replace it at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before production begins. After production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Address errors

If you entered the wrong address, please email us immediately. We'll catch it if production hasn't started. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we'll re-ship at the customer's expense.
