Order & production

How long until my order ships?
Each piece is printed to order. Production takes 3–5 working days, then ships from a partner studio close to you. Shipping itself takes 2–7 business days depending on destination.

Where do you ship from?
We work with a network of printing studios. Your order is produced at the studio closest to your delivery address — usually that means within your country or region.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking once your piece ships.

The prints

What paper do you use?
Museum-grade matte fine art paper, 230 gsm. Acid-free, archival-rated, made to last for generations without yellowing or fading.

Are they framed?
Prints ship unframed, rolled in a sturdy protective tube. We recommend any standard A-size frame from a local framer or Søstrene Grene / IKEA / West Elm.

What sizes do you offer?
Most prints come in A4, A3, A2, A1, and 30 × 40 cm. Pillows come in 12 × 20 (lumbar), 18 × 18, and 20 × 20 inches.

Returns & care

Can I return a print?
Because everything is made to order, we don't accept returns on prints that arrived as ordered. If your piece arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it — no questions, no shipping cost to you.

How do I care for the prints?
Avoid direct sunlight to preserve colour, frame behind UV-protected glass for longevity, and handle by the edges with clean hands. The pigment is archival but the paper is fine art — treat it gently.

Do you do commissions?
A limited number each season. Get in touch with what you have in mind.
