Twin sisters, one studio

Studio Twinswa is the work of identical twin sisters Betina and Emilie, shaped by Norway’s long summers, longer winters and the small moments remembered between them.

An imagined studio day inspired by Betina and Emilie, painting side by side in pink and blue.
A studio day, imagined. Created from our photos.

The perspective

Little worlds, seen from above.

We draw the world the way a memory often returns: from above. Tiny figures move through tennis courts, beaches and mountain landscapes while soft palettes hold the feeling of the place together.

Each piece begins as an illustration and is made to order using archival pigment on museum-grade fine art paper, then produced through a partner studio close to the delivery region.

A remembered scene, movement or place becomes the starting point.

  2. 02

    Illustration

The aerial composition, tiny figures and colour rhythm are developed by hand.

  3. 03

    Printing

The selected artwork is produced to order on fine art paper.

  4. 04

    Delivery

A partner studio close to the delivery region prepares the order for its journey.
